I've never been able to prove they were the parents of my Julian Ann Shelton. However, they were the only Shelton family in the area at the time Julian Ann was born, so it is very possible. The only Horatio Shelton I have was born abt 1813 in Alabama and died about 1870 in Bell County, Texas. He was Mark's son by another wife - Susannah Luttrell. A better source for Sheltons would be Carla Womack who has messages on this board. Try asking her your questions. Sorry I can't be more help. Shannon
