Archive record-refer to David Shelton (1784) for sources of information. !DEATH-Roderick is surmised to be dead by 1860 as he does not appear on the 1860 US Census with the rest of his family. How can this be possible though if he fathered children up to 1869; !1847-Roderick was arrested three separate times for fighting, assault & battery & tresspass. In 1848 he was in court for adultery and found guilty.
