I believe this John Shelton, Jr, to be the son of John Shelton, Sr whose father is David Shelton of Caswell, NC. I also believe the John Shelton, Jr m Elizabeth Smith are the John and Elizabeth Shelton found later in Miller Co, MO. Margaret Shelton
