Letsy Davidson who married David Bunch was identified in a Bunch genealogy as the daughter of John Davidson. The dates of birth for the Davidsons seem to "qualify" them to be considered as children of John Davidson and Rachel Chilton/Shelton: Letsy, ca 1787; Josiah ca 1790; Mary ca 1792; Levi 1799. Because of the interrelated pension application documents (War of 1812) for both Letsy Davidson Bunch and Mary Davidson Shelton, an assumption is made that they are sisters. But again the proof is only through assumptions made by these documents. Migration patterns of both families to sw Missouri about 1854 also support the theory. I'm still looking for more validation.
