Would your brother or father help with taking a DNA test? The DNA test would give us the information to which Shelton line your gggggfather, John Shelton descends. As I stated in my earlier email I would be happy to pay for the test. The test is a kit that is sent to the tester, he would do a swab inside his cheek, return the test to Family Tree DNA in Houston, Texas. They will then send the results. You can find them @ www.familytreedna.com should you need additional information regarding DNA. The only reason I am interested in your ancestor is to determine if he may be in my Ralph Shelton line.
