Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/wNHBAIB/2919 Message Board Post: My family is connected to SAMUEL SHELTON (abt 1808) of the Pittsylvania county area, married to SARAH JANE TEMPLETON. My records show that they most likely lived and died in the same area. There is a SAMUEL SHELTON listed on OWT, same age, SARAH as wife # 1, but there is a wife #2, ARYANA BYRD, and they are living in MS! 1860 census taken for both SAMUELS, mine in Halifax and the other in MS are only days apart. They cannot be the same family yet the listing on OWT seems to indicate that it's the same SAMUEL SHELTON. My question is this: Who determines things that go on the ONE WORLD TREE sites and who corrects such mistakes? Samuel and Sarah were my GGG grandparents and I have family history records of decendants. Any comments on my confusions would be apppreciated. Barb
