Yes, I knew of Caleb's civil war veteran. His grave, which I visited in Chariton, IA is denoted so. I am very much interested in Caleb's mother's (Rachel Jarvis) whereabouts. She and Caleb's fr., Henly, divorced. I last find her in Otumwa, IA in the 1860 census. Appreciate your link and any other info and insights.
