There were seven other ships that sailed from Portsmouth:The others were the Diamond, Blessing, Falcon, Unitie, Lion, Catch and Swallow. They were all battered by the same tempest and forced to jettison much needed cargo. The Catch was the only one to perish at sea, with the loss of all souls.
