My handwritten notes from about 30 years ago say that an Ann Shelton/Chilton married a William B. Mullikin of Prince Georges County, Maryland. I don't have any dates for them. This may not be the same person you are looking for, though, not only since the husband name is different, but also because their daughter Annie Eliza Chilton Mulliken was born on October 10, 1815, which would have been much later.
