No John E with spouse Lucinda and children as listed. It is possible that the connection is father back than Jessee Shelton (He is the subject of the book and was born abt 1799). The children's names (except Bartholomew) are common in the family, so perhaps the connection is from one of Jessee's brothers or cousins.
