Census show he was living with his grandmother Nancy Shelton. She was married to John Shelton. I have been unable to link any of their children as one of his parents. I do know that on one of the census, it shows he was living near the Anderson's. Samuel Anderson had a daughter Fordie Belle Anderson, she married Ed.
