I guess my question would be did he have any kids and if so did he ever mention he had a daughter in Ohio. My mother Shirley Friend had a child with a Ferrell A. Shelton he came to Ohio when she was born he had his name put on her birth certificate and then he left he walked away and never looked back. My sister would like to find out information on him and his family. I have been trying for a few years to find him obviously not really hard but in anycase she wants to know things about him, his family, and any medical history. I have called some numbers but have had no luck. If anyone knows any information it would be appreciated. This is what I know He was from Florida, he was in the Army, he was a Staff Seargent in 1964-65 At Fort Benning Georgia( my sister was born in 1965), his mos ( 00E40 ) and supposedly there is some Indian in his family ( Cherokee ) is what we have been told.
