Dear Dolores:  After reading your email I looked up "Pritchett" in my database and got a hit among the Cherokee Sheltons.  Eliza Pritchett married Charles (Charley) Proctor, son of Johnson Proctor & Lizzie Foreman.  Charley also married Louisa Townsend.  I don't have dates on either marriage.  The exciting news, however, is that Charley is the brother of Margarette Ta-ka-tan-nee Proctor who married Spencer Oo-lo-v-su-tu Shelton.  I don't have an exact birthdate for Charley; but his sister, Margarette, was born 1 May 1846.  I don't have any more on Eliza but with the Shelton/Cherokee connection it looks good.  Hope this helps.  Regards, Sheila   P.S.  I'm working on some other replies in the scope of this discussion.  For now I'd like to take a moment to thank Hildred for her research on the Young family.  ALSO, a great big special thanks to our cousin in Norway, Duane Mills.  Your work in the Cherokee area has been such a valuable tool.  So good & so professional.  You are to be commended.  I cannot thank you enough for your sharing your work with me.  S.G.
