I have heard of parents using the name for a second child after the first one bearing the name died. It is really sad if they lost both of them at such a young age. I had a private e-mail from another party that whose husband is descended from this line and believes the line is descended from Ralph Shelton.......................I truly wish there was someone from this line who could DNA test and solve all questions and mystery !!!! DNA tests sometimes surprise all of us but I think they are the most reliable tool we have. Sometimes even familly traditions of heritage can be different from what tests show !!!!
