He had died the day before. It lists his occupation as a teamster. It also lists his birthplace as Kentucky, and his Father's name as Samuel Shelton. There is nothing listed for his Father's birthplace or any information on his mother. The informant on the certificate was Sarah Shelton. This info conflicts with the prior information as his birthplace being Indiana. On the other hand, maybe Sarah just wasn't informed correctly?
