I have a picture of a Jim Shelton; his parents were "Jack" Shelton and Letha. I don't have a birth or death date but the back of the picture says "Daddy's (O.E. NEISLER) uncle Jim Shelton the one that went to Texas, Uncle Eli's brother". Any help? I'm happy to share.
