George, There was a New Lotts at one time in Kings County, NY There is also a Long Island in NB which is partially in Queen's county NB, and appears to overlap Wickam Parish--It looks like your first Timothy may have died in either place. Locations pre American Revolution in NYS and after 1783/84 in New Brunswick suggests Loyalists--have you tried the resources at the PANB? They can be accessed at http://archives.gnb.ca/Archives/Default.aspx?L=EN I will tell you ahead of time that Shaw does not appear in the Old Soldier's database though. Also Queens County Genweb has many vital records at http://www.rootsweb com/~nbqueens/gageangbapt-ns.htm#S There is quite a few good Wickham records if I remember correctly this is the jumping off point to get to them--I am not at my main computer now, so cannot tell for sure.
