John Shaw born in 1763 who fought in the Revolutionary War from NC and later married Mary Irvine in 1788 is a primary interest and stumbling block. I'd appreciate any Shaw information for the area in this timeframe that might help clarify John's lineage, siblings, etc. and this Shaw Bible in particular. Thanks.
