Don: Not sure if you tried this angle - but I see PEI connection in the next generation - son marrying a Duffy - I would check the Atlantic Provinces to see if you can make a connection back to Bruce - I have not personally found him in PEI but must admit I have not done all Shaw trees here to be certain. I know you do not connect to my tree. My family came Scotland to PEI then many to the states, Boston and Maine and Mass. I was abit surprised they had travelled so far. A William and Bruce do appear in Shaw file on the islandregister provided by James Shaw. www.islandregister.com in case you have not been there but do not see YOUR connection there either. Is it possible that Bruce was married prior to A Tucker?
