I don't think that the marriage licences for that area of time are easy to get at. About the only way I know is to contact the government archives up in Thunder Bay and request them to do a search. It, again unfortunately, is expensive and takes a long time to come back. You could also check with the local churches around where they lived and see if they have a record or check the local papers for that year to see if there is a marriage announcement.
