Unfortunately, I cannot find a connection with the information that I have at present. My Markham's are descended from Richard Markham (c 1800 -1837 and Mary Hall (c1801-1870). They had an Ellen but she is too young - she is shown on 1841 census with the rest of her family. I have not traced Richard's family - brothers/sisters etc. as it is pre-census and into parish records and therefore so much more difficult. My Bolton's descend from John Bolton b 1813 in Livesey - and Ellen Hayhurst b 1812 in Blackburn and I do not have a Thomas of the right age. My Great Grandmother was Nanny Bolton and she married my great grandfather Oliver Markham in 1891. Sorry not to be able to help.
