Hi my ancestor is John Shaw born about 1667 in Riccarton, married Sarah Boyd 16 July 1692. Their children were Isobel born/christened 29 March 1695, married Robert Parker 12 Feb 1717 that is my line, John born/christened 11 jun 1699, John born/christened 28 Sept 1701, Elizabeth born/christened 18 Jan 1704, James born/christened 23 May 1706, Mary born/christened 15 Feb 1708 and Elizabeth born/christened 8 July 1711, they were all born in Riccarton, Ayrshire. I have 2 John's and Elizabeth's I feel that the earlier ones must have died before the others were born but cannot find any information on this.
