Author: melinacarpenter Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.shaw/6680.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I see that in the background of one Shaw headstone, reads a Fisher Headstone...do you know if maybe there could be a tie between the fisher/shaw families...My dad was born Paul Thompson..but on his birth certificate his last name read Fisher, and in his family bible it read that his grandparents were George and Ethel Shaw...I was just intrigued by that photo and was wondering if maybe you might know anything on the fisher/shaw families ...my dad lived in Ohio for years....any info would be great ....Thanks..
