My g grandfather was Jonathan SHAW, b. in Chester, New Hampshire on June 29, 1828. Around 1866 he migrated to Minnesota, married a Helen (Nellie) _________ from New York state. They had 6 children altogether. Their daughter, Lillian G. SHAW, b. September 27, 1872, married a Clifford EVANS around 1902. He was a Methodist minister. In 1904, Jonathan SHAW traveled to Perth, North Dakota to assist his daughter and son-in-law with their "large farming interests". Lillian SHAW EVANS died sometime between 1904 and 1912, probably from childbirth. I would like any information about this family, any tidbit might help me to locate further family.
