Has anyone researched the Monroe County Tennessee Shaws? I am stuck on Elbert Shaw who was born about 1844 in Tennessee. He and his brother, Lewis were living in the Household of Robert and Elizabeth Terry Russell in 1850 in Monroe Co. TN. . Elbert married Sarah Towson and Lewis married Mary Elizabeth McCaslin.
