This sounds interesting ! Have you seen the book,BERNARD SHAW, bySt.John Ervine,published by William Morrow and Company, New York 1956; that gives some ancestors. We are in St.Petersburg, FL 'til mid-May. Where are you? My ancestor to Bernard was Rev. Edward CARR, born abt 1755 probably in New Ross, Co. Wexford, IR. His son Rev George Whitmore Carr married a Charlotte SHAW who was born in Kilkenney. The information I got from this book gives GBS (1856 - 1950) ; born in Dublin, married Charlotte Francis Payne-Townshend. His sisters were Lucy, born March 26, 1853 and Agnes, born 1855. Do you want info between GBS and Rev Edward Carr?
