Hi Everybody, I have gone through my Grandmothers and Great Grandfathers old photo albums and have posted alot of unknown pictures at these two sites. http://www.rootsweb.com/~onlanark At this site go to PICTURE and then look for CARTLAND and related families- there are about 36 pictures at this site. At this same site there are a few of my SHAW cousins that have posted some of their unknown photos also. Please check them out and please let me know if you recognize anyone. I would love to be able to put a name with these photos. I don't know if these photos are of family members or of friends of the family. My Family lived in Smiths Falls, Ontario and in Brantford, Brant Co., Ontario. Some of the family members then went to JEFFERSON County, NY. Some of the family is in Argentieul, Quebec, Some of them also headed west and some were living in Prescott, Ontario. Some of the surnames that are either in my family or might somehow be associated with my family are: Cartland,Corbett,Crawford,Cooper,Conlin,Caudwell,Bailey, Barker Dawson,Dopson,Dudley, Davis,Gray,Gillman, Johnson, Marks,McDonald,McCann,Shepherd,Shaw, Snell,Smith, Quartus and probably many more that I just can't remember right now.
