My Mackey & Shaw & knox families initially were at Warren Point, Ireland. (3 hours N. of Dublin on the E. coast; luvly). I went over last year. They came to American ca. 1750ish, and both names (ladies) have long ago fanished into the names of the husbands. In Ireland the family lived in a beautiful Caslte, who ruins still stand, beside and more recent (100 years old) Castle now owned by someone else. Such is the history of a family over 300 years.
