James prob. lived in Franklin Co. He was a resident of Reynoldsburg in 1952, and old enough to sign a relative's death cetificate in North Carolina. I would rule out men born after 1935, or before 1880. If you know their ethnicities, you can rule out a bunch of them. James wasn't white.
