Hi Duane, Do you know where in Saratoga Co. NY your Samuel was from? Stephen Hamilton Shaw was from Providence Twn, Saratoga Co. The children born in that area include: Hamilton, Lorenzo, Amanda, Angeline, Jay(Jerry), and Alvin. All born abt. 1818-1830's. From Saratoga Co. they migrated to Orleans Co., NY and then to Wisconsin. Stephen is my gr gr grandfather and I have no knowledge of his parents or siblings. I did see on a census, that his parents were from Rhode Island, though he was born in NY. Is it possible that we may have brothers? Sandi
