Searching for information on Thomas Shaw, born Inverness, Scotland ca 1738. He came to SC Edgefield Dst. and married Elizabeth Lewis, dau. of Thomas Lewis and Mary Moss. They had the following children: Thomas Jr. b. 12 Sept. 1760 David b. 1 Sept. 1763 Christopher Columbus b. 25 Oct. 1765 Susanna and Gavin b. 24 January 1770 Elizabeth b. 7 January 1772 By 1800 they were in Bedford co.
