Samuel and Sarah (Livings) Shaw lived in Canada for awhile even tho Samuel was born in Saratoga, NY While in Canada a son Oliver was born ,(9-8-1824). He came to America, actually to MI. where he married Lucinda DeVoe. Oliver died 1-1-1902 and is buried in Dickson graveyard north of Cherokee City, AR.
