Alexander SHAW, their son, my ancester was born Prince Georges MD in 1776; his brother Zachariah was born ca 1777. The 1790 census shows 5 males under 16 yrs of age. Who were the other three, was there also a sister? At least two children, Osborn (1792) and Charles Wesley SHAW (1794) born Shenandoah Co., VA, were born after 1790. Alexander, Zachariah, Osborn and Charles W. Shaw were in Licking Co., Ohio in 1820. Alexander died Fulton Co., Illinois; Zachariah died in Licking Co.Ohio; Osborn died in Muskingum Co., Ohio and Charles Wesley died in Scotio Co., Ohio. The names of Major amd Ralph Shaw have been suggested for other sons. Any information on these would be appreciated. Betty Bower
