Posted on: Shaw Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/FamilyAssoc/Shaw/227 Surname: SHAW ------------------------- As an ancestor, I show a Roger Shaw married to Ann, as the (possible) "Shaw Immigrants." Their son Joseph Shaw married Elizabeth Partridge in 1661. Any of you Shaw cousins with whom I share these early settlers out there?
I am also a descendent of Roger SHAW and his wife, Ann. I am a direct descendent of both his son, Joseph, and his son, Benjamin. My mother's maiden name was SHAW, her father was Charles SHAW, born in Rochester, MN. He was the son of Jonathan SHAW, born in Chester, NH. Most of my SHAW ancestors were from Chester and Hampton areas of New Hampshire. Claudia from MN ----- Original Message ----- From: "Katherine A.
