About a month or so ago I sent a site that was about the Canadian Archives "Home Children". There were several SHAWS on the list in that site. If anyone is interested in checking it again I will resend it. The children came from England to Canada and then some came into the USA from there. FYI :-) in 1881 in the UK were 58,522 SHAWs. 13,700 were born in Yorkshire, 13,945 were living in Yorkshire 134 were living in Bradfield. In my Bolsterstone database I have 316 SHAWs and most of them belong to me :-) (or Brenda !) Jane www.bolsterstone.de www.janelachs.de
