Hi Everybody, Part of my Family first settled in Quebec, then moved to Smith's Falls, Ontario and then to Watertown, Jefferson County, NY. I have just posted 5 pages of pictures on the LANARK County, Ontario site- http://www.rootsweb.com/~onlanark/ When you get to that site, go to the PICTURE section and then look for the page that is titled " CARTLAND and related families." There you will find 36 pictures from my grandmother and great grandmothers photo album. Most of the pictures are unknown to me. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who can identify any of the photos. Some of the surnames associated with this line are: The three main lines are DUDLEY, SHAW, CARTLAND other lines that "could be" connected are McCANN, DAWSON, BOND, GILMAN, McCLEAN, CONLIN, MARKS, CORBETT, CAMPBELL, McDONALD, ALBRIGHT, PAYNE, JOHNSTON, CAMERON, McBRIDE, COOPER DAVIS and probably some others I don't know about.
