I found James Monroe Shaw (plus Alsa, Ora Jane, Thomas, and Harry) on the 1900 Butler County, Missouri census. Actually Butler Co. 1900-1920 is about the only place I've been able to find any of them. I'm not from MO so am not sure about the geography of the counties. Not sure where Randolph is in relation to Butler Co. James Monroe's birthplace is listed as IL but the children were all born in MO.
