    3. I have used the PAF, Family Origins and Family Tree Maker programs and feel that the best one on the available is the Family Origins 8 from the Learning Company. It is 19 or 29 dollars and worth the try. It has great Pedigree Charts, Books, Forms and Reports. You can scan photos into the program as well as edit the documents or photos from within the Family Origins Scrapbooks as well.
