I think your John Sharp married Martha Loy as the area is full of Loy Sharp and Graves. Go to the Union Co Tn. Web Page. Union Co has a book called "To Loy's Cross Roads" compiled by William G. Tharpe. If Sharp, Graves, Loy descendants are interested in the history ot the area these people were from, this book is well woth what it costs. My husband is a descendant of Henry Sharp, John Graves, Tobias Tillman, that lived in this area. I will see if I have any information on John Sharp.
