Hi Doris, Do you know if any of your SHARPE family ever migrated to Bedford county, tennessee? Am trying to find proof that William SHARP and Sarah "Sallie" HANCOCK are the parents of John Thomas SHARP b. 1830 in bedford county, tn. and died in 1911 in pawnee county, oklahoma. Migration route was Virginia, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas and then Oklahoma. Any help would be appreciated. My Sharpe's migrated to Rockbridge Co VA then to Adams Co, OH then in the big migration in the 1850's to Promise City, IA...I haven't traced anyone yet to your route. But, I have so little data on the VA Sharpes because of the Wars fought there. I am sure many records were destroyed.....Doris ----- Original Message ----- From: "Raylene Magee" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, May 15, 2000 4:09 PM Subject: Re: [SHARP-L] Henrico Sharpes > Hi Doris, > Do you know if any of your SHARPE family ever migrated to Bedford county, > tennessee?
