Listers; Here is what I have for Sharp, Graves, and Gibbs, as a starting point and I hope this will help someone. To PA on the ship Queen Elizabeth 16 Sept 1738 with immigrants from the Palatinates. Ernst Scharp, Issac Scharp and Georg Scharp age 36 and another Georg Scharp aged 61. Some believe the elder George Scharp was the father of Henry Scharp and his brother, John Joseph Scharp, who were the founders of Sharp's Fort on Clinch River. Henry Scharp/Sharp married Barbara Graves, daughter of Johann Graff/John Graves, the German immigrant who was 102 when he died. The research on these families was confirmed by research done by Genevieve Peters of Virginia. 1-Catherine Sharp married Tobias Tillman and migrated to Preble Co., Ohio. (This family I have researched, ancestors of my husband). 2-Elizabeth married Frederick Miller, also went to Preble Co., Ohio 3-Mary married James McNutt (I think they also went to Ohio) 4-Sarah married 1st cousin John Graves 5-Henry 1765-1848 married Elizabeth Mosier 6-Conrad 1767-1826 married Sarah Gibbs 7-Jacob married Philopena Stoner/Stiner (more information on Jacob) 8-Daniel married Jean Howard (more information) 9-William Sharp, known as Station Bill 1780-1862 married Rachel Stoner/Stiner. (more history on William) Lots of history about these families in Union Co., TN including a history of Sharp's Fort. If anyone is interested, I will post more to the list. Thelma Nation
