It's a rather old message, but the combination of Tamar and PA caught my eye, and I thought of you. The e-mail address might not even be valid any more. Coincidentally, there is a Samuel Sharp (age 50) (not the same as above), wife Susannah (age 47) and daughter Tamar (age 13) shown on the 1850 PA census in Williston Twp., Chester Co., PA. all born PA. Was that her first child in 1858? If so, this would put her at the right age. Anyway, maybe you can tap into the church/marriage records to see if this is the right Tamar.
