I too am researching the Sharp family. Your names don't sound familiar to me but my grandfather..George Sharp..had told us that his mother was a full blooded Cherokee as well! I can't find anything on this side of my family either and it's very frustrating. My grandparents lived in Ohio and I know my grandmother was born in KY and her parents died when she was young. Her name was Alma (Johnson) Sharp. I don't know if George lived in KY as well and married her there or if she moved to Ohio and that's where they met. I have heard that George's father's name was George as well. Do you recognize any of this? I don't recognize your names but I think it's interesting we both have Indians in the family.
