Richard, Information I received from another researcher, Bert Sharp, indicates that the parents of Groves D., Basil, Starkey, Henry R. and William Lawrence were Henry Sharp born Sept. 24, 1779 in Southampton County, Va and Keziah Gurley who were married May 26, 1801 in Johnson County, NC and later resided in Lawrence County, Tenn.
