Scott All may not be lost. I have a Wm Sharp in my other Sharp line. This Wm had a son Thomas that m Elizabeth "Betsy" Berry who's mother was Sarah Sharp Berry, dau of the John sharp I mentioned in my other email. If you're not confused yet, just stick with me and I'll eventually succeed...lol! Yesterday I got my new PC and for some reason all my folders are not in my documents. Don't know how long I'll be finding them. Have a feeling they may be in the old PC so I'll look in there. If I remember correctly my Wm lived in VA until his wife died. He was up in years but them he walked to Whitley Co., KY where his son Thomas and wife Betsy Berry Sharp lived and raised their family. Wm's wife was Ann Meek. (Pretty sure her given name was Ann). Should I get so involved with learning my way around this new Windows XP that I forget to send the info, please don't hesitate to nag me a bit by the end of next week. Should have quite a few tidbits to share......Lois In a message dated 4/13/2002 11:39:04 PM Eastern Daylight Time, SSHARP777@aol.com writes: > Lois, > > This is what I know from a widows petition for pension - my ancestor, > William > SHARP enlisted in the Continental Army in Baltimore County, MD.
