Lisa, Well, I haven't developed anything major, just a few leads I'm looking into w/ the help of the SAR. After I joined the SAR they gave me some more info. From this I developed a theory that William moved to the Holston River area in TN, then part of NC. before he married Elizabeth. He may have moved with his parents - I don't know, but am checking into it. In the last issue of the SAR Maginzine, there was a large article on John Sevier which Elizabeth talks about in her pension request. An author of article is a decendant of John Sevier and has been quite helpful in requesting info. I'm waiting for the response back. But as I started reading the article about John Sevier, I noticed a lot of names that Elizabeth also mentioned in her request for pension. So the bottom line is there is a promising lead being looked into. Respectfully, Scott Sharp
