I had to reply this bit ; I read about the George Sharp you kept mentioning. I got out my old census records on Shelby County, Ky..... (where MY Sharp family lived) and there I have a George W. Sharp However I had only the index list from micro-film. and the page no. I had listed Benjamin Shelby Co No. 242 George W.Shelby Co No 241 James Shelby Co. No 233 John Shelby Co No234 John Whitley Co No283 Talbott Shelby Co No 255 Could your George have left TN to go to KY? Mary Jo..
