    1. [SHARP-L] Thanks for the help
    2. Hi Tootie, I got your 2 e-mails of 10/3 and they are very helpful. I understand the gist of the home page. When do you think you will publish your book? I sure want to be an early customer when you do. I belong to the Shockey genealogy group. We have a national organization with a news letter. We are incorporated in Virginia and I am treasurer. Just an idea for you to think about; We have about 15000 Shockeys computerized. Not all are linked together but most are linked to someone. We also have 2 published volumes originated by our founder, Ralph Shockey. Then, we have to volumes of Shockey Chronicles, published by a Colonel Daniel Shockey of Florida. Anyway, to get to the point, our (computer) genealogists have created some trial CDs since it is not feasible to publish such a huge number of people. We have a Shockey List on Rootsweb, as follows: Shockey-L@Rootsweb.com and the owner of the list is one of the computer genealogists. If you are interested in exploring that avenue, just sign on and e-mail him. Back to the Sharps! Do you have any info on reunions held by the various Sharp Families? I suppose that is on the home page too and I just have not found it yet. If not on the Home Page, I am sending a copy to the Sharp List and maybe I will here from some other Sharp descendents about reunions. I will sign off for now. John D Shockey New Albany, OH 43054 PS Our Shockey organization is : Shockey Family Memorial Fellowship, Inc.
