Hi Ruth, I have a major brick wall with my Sharps too. Mine are from Scott, Co. TN. My ggrandfather was Hence Sharp, born about 1875. He may also be E.H. Sharp. I have been reading the comments on the Sharp Book. I, out of curiosity, sent for the book several years ago. It is just as has been noted. It is a worthless telephone book type with no good to any one researching their line. I sent it back and stopped my Visa charge.
