I need to verify if Susannah Sharp (Mother of John SPENCER b. about 1740 d. Jun 1789) was married to JOHN Spencer or ABRAHAM Spencer. Does anyone on this list has any info on Susannah Sharp's husband? Thanks, Denise Maupin Watson Alexadria, VA

The person looking for the Samuel Sharp Line... Have you tried southwestern Pa.? I have a Sharp Line that first shows up there with a Joseph Sharp in 1780. I am sure that the family was in Pa. in prior generations. And... there are Samuels in this line.
